We have been aware that many of our members have been frustrated by not being able to raid as often as they'd like. It was for this reason the Highlifer made contact with the officers of Millertime. The founders of Millertime are former Deathwishmasters from the time of it's founding. An agreement was struck to allow DWM members to take toons over to Millertime while still maintaining toons in DWM. Many of us have alts we would like to raid with more often but don't want to leave the comradery of Deathwishmasters. This will allow everyone to get what they want out of WoW. Updates!!!

OK, so I have put several enhancements into the guild website. First, I already mentioned the Google search bar on the left side of the home page. This way you can easily use the DWM site as your home page. Next, we are now tweeting. On the top right of the home page you will see a module that shows the 3 most recent tweets plus it is a hot link to our Twitter page. It will be used for guild announcements, shout-outs and breaking news. If you are on Twitter yourself please follow the guild. Also, I have added a guild calendar to the site. Currently, you can find it 2 ways. It is in the middle section (down a bit) on the homepage. There is also a navigation link at the top to get you to the calendar page. Eventually I will take the calendar off the homepage but for now it is there to get people used to it. Lastly, I moved a few things around to make slightly more important information quicker to find. I hope these enhancements are to your liking and as always email me with any thoughts or suggestions.

Big props go to our guildie, Jose', for designing the new banner you see adorning our DWM website. We now have a very official looking website to showoff to the realms. If you see him in game, please be sure to give him a high five. Also, leave him a comment on the shout box to the right.

Google Search

I want everyone in the guild to consider making the DWM website their homepage. To make this a functional consideration I just added a Google search bar to the upper right column of our page. You will find it right under the guild information. further down the right column are links to the most popular wow sites. Please suggest any others you travel to regularly and I will add them. If I can make this page highly functional for everyone it will be a great place to start from when browsing the internet.

I hope this makes sense. I feel the guild will be more connected if we utilize our website as a central communications point. Also, you will see that I have pruned out most of the old postings in the forums to make way for new discussions. Let's really try to get these going.

I need to give props to Saxon for finding this. I want to recommend to everyone to download imVox. It is the same as Vent but it gives us a free server for up to 30 people.

Currently our scheduled day to raid as a guild is Tuesday's at 8pm. Those who wish to participate need to be online prior to 8pm. We determine what we are running based on who is online. See you there!

My new mission in life

Hello guild, I thought I'd share with you my new mission in life. I plan to get in to ICC and run the first boss until Bryntroll, the Bone Arbiter drops. If you are dps, this should be your goal as well. It drops from Lord Marrowgar, the first (and probably the easiest) boss in ICC. Just check the stats on that rascal.

Deathwishmasters is having a party!!! That's right, this Saturday January 16th we will meet at 7:30pm. We will then usher all guild members to a super secret party location. There will be food, drinks and entertainment. Be sure to bring something to share...be it a unique food, drink, etc. Be sure to wear your very best or most fun outfit.

This will certainly be a great time and we look forward to seeing everyone there. Be sure to rsvp on the guild calendar if you plan to attend.

I am giving everyone a bit more time to start migrating back to the DWM site. Very soon (how soon...stay tooned) I will be demoting anyone back to the rank of "Lil Bitch" if they are not subscribed to the DWM website.

I figure this is a fun and creative way to get everyone to the site and perhaps if you stop by you might begin to contribute in the forums or some such frivolity.

Anyway, I hope this doesn't anger anyone since it is all in fun. If if you do take issue with this idea...come see me in-game and we'll duel over it.

DWM Banner

Ok, by now many of you probably have noticed that I am not a graphic designer. This is evidenced by the current Deathwishmasters website banner. So, the gauntlet is being laid down...anyone who is interested please create and email in a submission for the new website banner. I will post them in the gallery and allow the guild to vote for the best.

This should be a fun way to get everyone involved in the look and feel of our site.

I hope this get's some great energy going within the guild.
